Als HR Project Consultant bij Chase & Green ben je verzekerd van een boeiende, afwisselende carriere. Je werkt projecten uit voor verschillende bedrijven in diverse sectoren, elk met hun eigen nadruk en uiteraard leermogelijkheden.
**Wat zal je doen**:
- Als Consultant stel je jouw expertise ter beschikking van de klanten.
- Je gaat voor een termijn van enkele maanden ter plaatse en werkt er mee in het HR-team van de klant.
- Sourcing van verschillende profielen, steeds voorafgegaan door interne opleiding over dit domein.
- HR Business Partnering: je staat Hiring Managers bij met advies en daden, van het opstellen van functieomschrijvingen tot de begeleiding van onboardings.
- HR-Admin: je leert alles over verschillende HRM-pakketten en hoe deze te gebruiken en beheren.
- Payrollbeheer in zowel kleine bedrijven waar je van 0 begint, als meewerken in internationale organisaties met een volledige Payroll-afdeling.
**Wie zoeken we hiervoor**:
- Bovenal heb je een enorme interesse in alles wat personeelsbeleid en -beheer is en wil je alle aspecten hiervan onder de knie krijgen.- Je hebt mínimaal een jaar ervaring in een HR-rol als recruiter, sourcer, payroll-officer, HRBP,...
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Engels en Frans zijn mooi meegenomen.
- Je hebt een relevante HR-gerichte opleiding genoten of je hebt al wat meer ervaring.
- Vlot communiceren en proactief en leergierig zijn, komen altijd van pas
