El Camí de la Solidaritat is launching the world’s first Digital Incubator for grassroots NGOs—empowering them to tackle critical issues like climate change, poverty, and gender inequality. We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Partnerships Lead to bridge the gap between private sector resources and the frontline of global change. What You Will Do Strategy: Design and execute a global corporate engagement strategy targeting CSR, ESG, and shared‑value opportunities to build a robust partnership pipeline. Fundraising & Negotiation: Lead the creation of compelling pitches and proposals, negotiating terms to secure multi‑year funding and long‑term collaborations. Relationship Management: Cultivate and steward strategic relationships with CSR teams and corporate leadership, coordinating visibility and employee engagement initiatives. Impact: Monitor partnership KPIs and translate El Camí’s grassroots breakthroughs into rigorous impact reports for corporate stakeholders. We are looking for someone who possesses Partnership Expertise: Proven experience in corporate or NGO partnerships with a strong understanding of the CSR and ESG ecosystem. Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to build trust, negotiate complex agreements, and manage relationships with private sector stakeholders. Communication Excellence: Strategic presentation skills and the ability to produce compelling narratives for professional audiences. Personal Attributes: A professional, persuasive, and purpose‑driven mindset with a deep passion for social innovation.
