We are looking for a Transaction Manager for our office in Waregem as well as someone for our office in Zaventem. Your role As a Transaction Manager at LDS Advisory, you will play a key role in leading buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects for both corporate and private equity clients. You will be responsible for: Managing end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the client Performing and reviewing financial analyses to assess key deal drivers, value considerations, and risks Synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insights Collaborating with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) to offer integrated solutions Acting as a sparring partner to C-level stakeholders and investment professionals Ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned throughout each assignment Guiding junior team members and helping them grow Your skillset A university degree At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in (a combination of) financial due diligence, transaction-related advice or business controlling You are strong with numbers, Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysis You are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching You have a pro-active mindset and are self-aware You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment You have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environment You have solid communication skills and are fluent in English and Dutch OR French What do we offer?
