To fuel this momentum, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who owns paid acquisition end-to-end, moves fast, and uses AI to work smarter.What You'll OwnPaid Advertising (Your Core Focus): Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta – from strategy to execution to optimizationCampaign Strategy: Build targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bid management that drive qualified leadsAd Creative & Copy: Write high-converting ad copy and brief freelancers/designers for creative productionTesting & Optimization: Run structured A/B tests on audiences, ad variants, and conversion pathsPerformance Analysis: Build dashboards, track attribution, and report weekly on what's workingLanding Page Optimization: Collaborate on landing page tests to improve conversionAI-First Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate copy creation, analysis, reporting, and creative briefsWhat We're Looking For3+ years in performance marketing or paid advertising in B2B SaaSProven track record managing paid campaigns that delivered measurable leads or pipeline growthPlatform expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta – you know these inside outStrong copywriting skills for ads and landing pagesAI-first mindset – you ask "how can AI help me do this faster?" before doing it manuallyData-driven approach – comfortable with A/B testing, CRO, and performance analyticsComfortable briefing creatives – you don't need to be a designer, but you know what makes ads convertSelf-starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced scale-up environmentYou know your way around HubSpotWhat You'll GetFull health coverage via Alan.All the tools you need to do your best work, hassle free.A healthy, flexible work environment that supports work-life balance.A caring, ambitious team that has your back.Pool table & free soup on WednesdaysA Hybrid working model, where you spend 3 days in office.Autonomy to own paid acquisition and experiment with cutting-edge AI toolsClear opportunities to grow within your role as Whale scales.Work closely with a small, high-performing international team that values speed, impact, and collaboration.Opportunity to shape the growth engine of a scaling European SaaS company.Our Core ValuesAt Whale, we don't believe you just stick the values on a wall somewhere.
