Als Property Accountant bij Parte draag jij de financiële verantwoordelijkheid van A tot Z. Concreet betekent dit:- Afrekenen van kosten met gebruik van verdeelsleutels.
- Input, controle en analyse van facturen in onze digitale tool.
- Klantgericht inzicht bieden in hetverhaal achter de cijfers.
- Als schattenbewaker bewaak je te allen tijde het reservekapitaal en geef je financieel advies op basis van jouw bevindingen.
- Veelvuldig contact met diverse stakeholders (intern en extern).
- Het financiële plaatje bij schadedossiers volg je met plezier op.
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van betalingen en ingrijpen bij wanbetalers.
- Geen monthly closings, fiscaliteit/BTW, of standaard inputwerk waar enkel cijfers worden ingevoerd. Geen standaard boekhoudfunctie dus
- How can I help you? Klantgerichtheid ligt bij jou in het bovenste laatje, want jij neemt klanten mee in de logica achter de afrekeningen.
- Je zoekt graag zaken uit en krijgt energie als de cijfers kloppen.
- Moeilijkere cases? Dat geeft jou extra motivatie: jij zoekt graag zaken uit.
- De basis: je drukt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Basics: Je communiceert vlot zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans en kan vlot overweg met IT tools, meer bepaald Excel. Ervaring met een VME software is een pluspunt.
