About the organizationHays is looking for a Business Controller for a client in the sustainable goods sector. This international company develops innovative solutions that promote eco-friendly living and operates across multiple European markets. The organization values collaboration, continuous improvement, and sustainability, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.Your new roleAs Business Controller, you will play a key role in steering financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include:Managing local profit and loss statements and leading financial analysisPreparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and business plansEvaluating investment proposals and profitabilityAnalyzing variances between planned and actual resultsParticipating in operational reviews and performance discussionsCollaborating with the shared service finance team on relevant topicsActing as a financial partner for Marketing, Sales, and Key Account ManagementStrategic partner to the CFO and direct reporting Your profileMinimum 4 years experience in business controllingPreferably experience in a multinational or matrix organizationA master's degree in Finance or equivalent qualificationStrong communication skills in Dutch, French, and EnglishAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Power BIInterest in sustainability and innovative solutionsThe employment conditionsPermanent contract Salary package aligned with your experienceFringe benefits: company car or compensation, meal vouchers, bonus, net allowance, home working possibilities International environmentApply nowApply now by clicking the 'Apply' button and upload your most recent CV.
