About the organization Hays is looking for a Business Controller for a client in the sustainable goods sector. This international company develops innovative solutions that promote eco-friendly living and operates across multiple European markets. The organization values collaboration, continuous improvement, and sustainability, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. Your new role As Business Controller, you will play a key role in steering financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include: Managing local profit and loss statements and leading financial analysis Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and business plans Evaluating investment proposals and profitability Analyzing variances between planned and actual results Participating in operational reviews and performance discussions Collaborating with the shared service finance team on relevant topics Acting as a financial partner for Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Management Strategic partner to the CFO and direct reporting Your profile Minimum 4 years experience in business controlling Preferably experience in a multinational or matrix organization A master's degree in Finance or equivalent qualification Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI Interest in sustainability and innovative solutions The employment conditions Permanent contract Salary package aligned with your experience Fringe benefits: company car or compensation, meal vouchers, bonus, net allowance, home working possibilities International environment Apply now Apply now by clicking the 'Apply' button and upload your most recent CV.
