This newly created role will be instrumental in shaping the financial direction of the organization.📌 The Role: Finance Manager📍 Location: Belgium – hybrid work possible🧭 Reporting to: CFO🤝 Collaboration with: Finance Team, Management, and External PartnersAs Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial operations across the group. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine strategic insight with hands-on execution. You'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while driving process improvements and supporting decision-making at the highest level. What You'll Be DoingLead and coordinate the finance function across all group entities.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.Drive optimization of financial processes and systems.Advise management on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.Act as a key liaison with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.🧬 Who We're Looking ForYou are a strategic finance professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
