Finance Manager (North of Antwerp) At MpowerT, we're proud to support a leading Belgian organization in the health, sports, and leisure sector in their search for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of finance in a fast-growing, people-focused company. As the right hand to the Finance Director, you'll have impact at group level and across all entities. Location: North of Antwerp (hybrid, 1 day/week remote) Reporting to: Finance Director Team: Controllers, Chief Accountant, Regional Accountants About the Company: Our client is a market leader in health and leisure, offering a wide range of sports, wellness, and relaxation activities for all ages. Who We're Looking For A finance professional with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach Strong analytical skills and structured working style Able to translate complex financial topics into clear advice Excellent communicator, comfortable working with senior leadership Curious, eager to learn, and ready to drive change Master's degree in Economics/Finance and at least 6 years' experience in audit or controlling Interest or experience in consolidation and automation projects is a plus Key Responsibilities Guide and optimize monthly closings in partnership with Controllers and Regional Accountants Set up reporting to the Board of Directors using KPIs, dashboards, and budget comparisons Contribute to consolidation and cashflow forecasting Lead projects on automation, cash pooling, transfer pricing, and bank integrations Support financing files and strategic financial initiatives Impact all entities at group level What's in It for You?
