We zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze projectingenieur voor het begeleiden van bouwprojecten. Als leidinggevende rol, zorg je ervoor dat alle onderdelen van het project vlot verlopen en binnen de gestelde tijd worden afgerond. Jouw taken Je zal meerdere bouwprojecten tegelijkertijd begeleiden, waarbij je aandacht besteedt aan kwaliteit, veiligheid, kostenefficiëntie, klanttevredenheid en planning. Je zal de projectscope en mijlpalen vastleggen en bewaken van start tot einde. Je staat in voor de coördinatie van interne en externe projectmedewerkers en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en opvolging. Je bent coach en klankbord voor je collega's: je deelt je expertise, geeft feedback, motiveert en verbindt. Je communiceert helder en transparant met interne en externe stakeholders, bouwt draagvlak op en gaat constructief om met weerstand en tegengestelde belangen. Vereiste vaardigheden Een masterdiploma in bouwkunde of architectuur. Een sterke affiniteit met bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten. Stakeholdermanagement: je communiceert helder, overtuigend en diplomatisch. Veerkracht en stressbestendigheid: je blijft rustig en gefocust in een dynamische omgeving. Aanbod Als wij jou als projectingenieur aannemen, kun je rekenen op een gevarieerde baan met stimulerende verantwoordelijkheden, mogelijkheden voor nieuwe initiatieven en opleidingsmogelijkheden. Ons bedrijf biedt ook een uitgebreid pakket extralegale voordelen. De salarisindicatie is €75.000,- per jaar. Je hebt een voltijds contract en werkt 40 uur per week.
