Overview Voor een toonaangevende internationale klant actief in audit, tax en advisory services is Legal Staffing Experts op zoek naar een ervaren Legal M&A - Senior Manager die een sleutelrol wil opnemen in complexe nationale en internationale transacties. Onze klant opereert wereldwijd en combineert diepgaande juridische expertise met een sterke business focus. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinaire omgeving waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en impact centraal staan. Jouw uitdaging Wil jij een voortrekkersrol opnemen in high-end M&A-trajecten? Als Senior Legal Manager ben jij de trusted advisor voor cliënten en begeleid je hen doorheen het volledige fusie- en overnameproces. Je combineert juridische precisie met strategisch inzicht en bouwt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de M&A-praktijk. Wat ga je doen? Leiding nemen over M&A-transacties : coördineren en beheren van alle juridische aspecten, van due diligence tot closing Drafting & onderhandelingen : opstellen en onderhandelen van o.a. NDA’s, LOI’s, SPA’s en asset purchase agreements Risicoanalyse : identificeren van juridische risico’s en adviseren over pragmatische mitigatiestrategieën Corporate & commercial advies : bredere juridische ondersteuning van ondernemingen naast M&A Teamontwikkeling : coachen van junior collega’s en bijdragen aan kennisdeling en kwaliteitsbewaking Wie ben jij? Master in de Rechten met grondige kennis van Belgisch recht Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in M&A, bij voorkeur binnen een (internationaal) advocatenkantoor of multidisciplinaire organisatie Sterke drafting- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden Business-minded, analytisch en oplossingsgericht Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels ; kennis van Frans is een plus Wat mag je verwachten?
