Voor onze klant, een internationale speler actief in audit-, tax- en advisorydiensten, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Legal Manager met een sterke expertise in M&A-transacties. Je komt terecht in een Nederlandstalige omgeving en beschikt daarnaast over een uitstekende kennis van het Engels. Taken Als Senior Legal Manager neem jij een sleutelrol op binnen het volledige M&A-proces. Je fungeert als trusted advisor voor cliënten en stuurt complexe transacties van A tot Z. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: Begeleiden van M&A-transacties: je coördineert alle juridische aspecten doorheen het proces, van due diligence tot closing. Opstellen en beoordelen van documentatie: je werkt aan NDA’s, LOI’s, SPA’s, asset purchase agreements en andere cruciale documenten. Onderhandelingen: je leidt onderhandelingen voor zowel kopende als verkopende partijen. Risicoanalyse: je identificeert juridische risico’s en formuleert passende mitigatiestrategieën. Corporate & commercial advies: je biedt bredere juridische ondersteuning aan ondernemingen. Teamontwikkeling: je coacht en begeleidt junior profielen en draagt bij aan interne kennisdeling. Profiel Master in de Rechten met uitstekende kennis van Belgisch recht. Minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring in M&A, idealiter binnen een advocatenkantoor of multidisciplinaire omgeving. Uitstekende drafting skills en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Business-minded en analytisch ingesteld, met strategisch inzicht. Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een troef.
