Als Tax & Legal Consultant in de Legal Transformation team, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten voor alle vragen over loonfiscaliteit, meer in het bijzonder over de diverse gedeeltelijke vrijstellingen van doorstortingen van bedrijfsvoorheffing. Kennis inzake aangiften inkomstenbelasting en internationale tewerkstelling zijn een plus. Je biedt strategisch en praktisch advies dat écht het verschil maakt. Dit kan gaan van het verrichten van audits om na te gaan of de BV-vrijstellingen al dan niet correct worden toegepast, tot het optimaliseren van de toepassing van de BV-vrijstellen en het begeleiden van fiscale controles. Je verdiept je dus voornamelijk in de gedeeltelijke vrijstellingen van doorstorting van bedrijfsvoorheffing, waarbij je niet enkel audits verricht, maar ook fiscale controles zal begeleiden. Anderzijds kan je expertise ook worden ingezet op andere gebieden, zoals : Optimalisatie van bezoldigingspakketten Het BBIB/BBIO-statuut en de correcte toepassing en berekening ervan Advisering rond internationale mobiliteit (loonfiscaliteit, sociale zekerheid) Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in een multidisciplinair team, maar beheert je dossiers autonoom. Je signaleert proactief kansen bij klanten en bouwt mee aan duurzame relaties. Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in fiscaal recht. Je hebt een grondige kennis van loonfiscaliteit en inkomstenbelasting. Kennis van sociaal recht, internationale tewerkstelling en/of het BBIB/BBIO-statuut is een grote troef. Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig. Je houdt van klantencontact en weet juridische informatie helder over te brengen. Je spot commerciële opportuniteiten en zet ze om in concrete acties. Je hebt een C2-niveau in het Nederlands, een B1-niveau in het Frans, en Engels is een grote troef.
