Samen met mijn klant, kijk ik uit naar een DomeinExpert Burgerzaken I Product Owner met ervaring binnen een lokaal bestuur, bij voorkeur als diensthoofd of in een gelijkaardige functie. Je wordt een sleutelfiguur in de ondersteuning en implementatie van de software van je klant specifiek naar materie rond Burgerzaken. Je helpt klanten het maximale uit de toepassingen te halen, vooral in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen (met mogelijke opdrachten in andere provincies). Jouw taken Begeleiden van implementaties en bieden van tweedelijns-ondersteuning Geven van demo's, voorbereiden van offertes en detecteren van commerciële kansen Klantenbezoeken en advies samen met de accountmanager Opleidingen verzorgen Wetgeving opvolgen en meewerken aan productoptimalisaties Jouw profiel Je hebt ervaring als Diensthoofd binnen een lokaal of openbaar bestuur of een overheidsgerelateerd bedrijf. Bekend zijn met de specifieke materie rond Burgerzaken is een absolute troef. Inzicht in administratieprocessen en uitdagingen van lokale besturen is belangrijk als professionele gesprekspartner voor je klanten. Commercieel en communicatief sterk, analytisch en klantgericht. Ervaring met software in de publieke sector is een plus.
