Mission

En tant qu'Assistant(e) de Direction auprès du Senior Vice President Asset Delivery & Digital, vous aurez pour mission d'assurer un soutien administratif d'excellence afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement de la direction du département Asset Delivery & Digital.

Vous serez responsable de la gestion de l'agenda du Senior Vice President, de l'organisation de ses déplacements et du traitement des informations confidentielles, tout en assurant une coordination efficace entre le Senior Vice President et les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Cette fonction requiert d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles afin de permettre la bonne exécution de l'ensemble des tâches administratives, ainsi qu'une approche proactive et un sens aigu du détail.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer l'agenda professionnel du Senior Vice President, en assurant la gestion des réunions, des rendez-vous, des e-mails et des appels téléphoniques
  • Coordonner la gestion d'agendas et d'horaires complexes, en facilitant une communication fluide et efficace avec les autres directions
  • Rédiger, relire et traiter la correspondance confidentielle, les e-mails et les documents officiels
  • Éditer, modifier et superviser la qualité des présentations, y compris le processus de traduction
  • Assurer un soutien administratif complet : préparation de documents, rédaction de procès-verbaux de réunions et mise à jour des systèmes d'archivage numérique
  • Organiser et préparer les documents pour les réunions de la direction, notamment les ordres du jour, les rapports et les présentations
  • Organiser et coordonner la logistique des déplacements professionnels, incluant l'hébergement et le transport
  • Gérer les notes de frais et le traitement des factures
  • Participer à l'organisation et à la coordination de réunions et d'événements hors site
  • Faire preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de Fluxys

Qualifications et compétences

  • Bachelier en Office Management, en gestion, droit, communication ou dans un domaine similaire
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction administrative, idéalement en tant qu'Assistant(e) de Direction
  • Compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles, capacité d'établir des priorités et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément de manière efficace
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et aptitude à se familiariser rapidement avec de nouveaux logiciels et systèmes
  • Approche proactive et pragmatique, avec un fort esprit de résolution de problèmes
  • Grande flexibilité et capacité à s'adapter à un environnement international en constante évolution
  • Rigueur exemplaire et souci du détail
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité dans le traitement d'informations sensibles
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en néerlandais, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
