Your Work Context

De QHSSE Dienst bewaakt het beleid betreffende Kwaliteit (Quality), Gezondheid (Health), Veiligheid (Safety), Beveiliging (Security) en Milieu (Environment). Op zowel civiele, bagger-, milieu als offshore projecten wereldwijd geeft de afdeling ondersteuning bij de implementatie, het beheersen en het verbeteren van het QHSSE Management System. Your Role

Als Maritiem Adviseur maak je deel uit van het ‘Statutory Compliance’ team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en toepassing van de maritieme wetgeving.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Monitoren en implementeren van nieuwe regels en wetgeving.
  • Opvolgen van Port State Control rapporten.
  • Organiseren van Flag State inspecties.
  • Inplannen en organiseren van interne en externe audits.
  • Zoeken naar oplossingen voor non-conformities.
  • Onderhouden van het Safety Management Systeem.
  • Opvolgen van de verslagen van de safety committees.
  • Onderhouden van contact met verschillende autoriteiten.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van plannen (bv. SOPEP, Garbage Management Plan, SEEMP...).

Wat heb je nodig?

Je hebt een nautische achtergrond en interesse in het wettelijk kader van de maritieme wetgeving. Je bent diplomatisch aangelegd en je hebt een goede talenkennis (Engels/Frans/Nederlands). Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Aalst en je bent bereid om buitenlandse verplaatsingen te maken.
