At Volvo, they are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative to join their Central-East team and contribute to their mission of getting vehicles back on the road quickly and efficiently. Your duties: - Provide first line support for international breakdowns: Wherever our customers are in Europe, you will be there to help them and address their concerns. - Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers: So that everyone is always informed about the progress of repairs. - Working together in a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing our customers with the best possible support. Flexible in working hours: Working in a full-time system is not a problem for you; rather, you enjoy the variety.
