ISS STOXX is seeking a Corporate Governance Research Analyst focused on the Polish market. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high‑quality governance research and analysis on publicly listed companies in Poland. Key Responsibilities Analyse corporate governance and financial data to produce detailed research reports on publicly listed Polish companies. Issue proxy voting recommendations in line with ISS Governance’s guidelines. Engage with companies and institutional investors regarding shareholder meetings. Respond to internal and external queries related to research reports. Contribute articles and insights to ISS Governance publications. Support the development and refinement of governance policies. Participate in cross‑functional projects and professional development initiatives. Build deep expertise in corporate governance, investment, and shareholder issues within the Polish market. Qualifications Strong understanding of finance, capital markets, and corporate governance. A degree in law is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of Polish legislation relevant to corporate governance. Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of information. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Highly organised with strong time management skills, especially during peak periods such as the Eastern European general meeting season.
