OpticLibre est un groupement d'achats et de services spécialisé en Optique comptant en Belgique 300 adhérents, tous opticiens indépendants.

Chaque jour, notre équipe accompagne les opticiens indépendants pour assurer la croissance de leur activité et accroître la notoriété/visibilité de leur enseigne.

Nous les accompagnons en créant pour eux des communications et publicités sur-mesure.

En raison de la forte croissance que nous connaissons ces dernières années, nous recherchons pour renforcer notre équipe un(e) ASSISTANT(E) ADMIN & MARKETING.

Notre candidat idéal (H/F/X) dispose des compétences suivantes :

  • Vous êtes bilingue NL-FR ou néerlandophone avec une connaissance active du français et possédez de solides compétences rédactionnelles dans votre langue maternelle.
  • Vous avez une attitude commerciale, êtes positif, motivé et orienté client.
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité d'écoute et savez vous mettre à la place du client.
  • Vous êtes très fort sur le plan administratif et travaillez de manière précise et organisée.
  • Vous travaillez de manière indépendante, vous êtes responsable et flexible.
  • Vous savez définir les priorités.
  • Vous êtes curieux, débrouillard et avez une mentalité 'hands-on'.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions et pouvez travailler aussi bien individuellement qu'en équipe.
  • Vous maîtrisez les applications MS Office.
  • Vous avez une affinité avec les médias sociaux.
  • Vous vous intéressez/ avez des affinités avec le marketing et disposez d'une belle plume.
  • Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d'un bachelier en Office Management ou d'une formation similaire.
  • Une 1ère expérience dans un poste similaire est un plus, mais pas une obligation.
  • Vous habitez en Belgique.

Description du poste :

  • Vous êtes le point de contact central de nos clients et partenaires externes pour les questions administratives.
  • Vous faites des offres, suivez opérationnellement les projets de A à Z et les coordonnez.
  • En collaboration avec vos collègues (sales, marketing, graphiste, …), vous contribuez à développer le contenu des campagnes marketing: réseaux sociaux, e-mailing, direct-mailings, brochures, programme de fidélité, etc.
  • Vous intervenez sur le contenu des différents sites internet B2B et B2C (formation assurée en interne) et médias sociaux.
  • Vous travaillez sur les newsletters.
  • Vous apportez votre soutien à l'organisation de petits événements: salons, workshops, soirées d'information, …
  • Vous êtes le back up d'autres collègues lorsque l'activité le nécessite.
  • Vous réfléchissez avec le reste de l'équipe à la manière d'améliorer l'organisation d'une activité en croissance rapide.
  • À terme, vous devenez une référence dans votre domaine et donnerez du conseil aux clients finaux.
