In deze sleutelrol combineer je strategische invloed met een brede exposure aan juridische vraagstukken waarmee een verzekeraar Life & Non Life geconfronteerd wordt, en maak je een tastbaar verschil op ondernemingsniveau. Allianz biedt een volledige waaier van producten en diensten in Schadeverzekeringen en Leven voor zowel particulieren, zelfstandigen, kmo's als grote ondernemingen. In België heeft Allianz ervoor gekozen om zijn producten en diensten exclusief via de onafhankelijke professionele makelaars aan te bieden. Allianz heeft in België meer dan 1.000 medewerkers en is een filiaal van Allianz Group, wereldleider in verzekeringen en activabeheer Je stuurt een team van 6 Legal Experts aan en de Klachtendienst bestaande uit een Teamleader en 2 medewerkers. Je werkt hun professionele doelstellingen uit en begeleidt hun ontwikkeling. Je draagt bij aan de strategische koers van Allianz Benelux en vertaalt managementbeslissingen naar concrete acties. Je beschermt, samen met je team, de juridische belangen van de onderneming tegenover klanten, partners en leveranciers. Je bent breed actief over verscheidene juridische domeinen (o.m. verzekeringsrecht, prudentieel recht, vennootschaps- en contractenrecht, mededingingsrecht...). Je vertegenwoordigt Allianz Benelux in externe instanties zoals de Commissie Juridische Studies van Assuralia. Je treedt op als adviseur van de Chief Legal & Compliance Officer Benelux bij gevoelige of strategische dossiers zoals rond HR en M&A. Je ondersteunt productmanagement met legal know-how in de ontwikkeling en aanpassing van levens- en niet-levensverzekeringen. Je organiseert juridische opleidingen en zorgt voor een proactieve opvolging van relevante wetgeving. Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten, behaald in België, en hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring in een juridische functie binnen de verzekeringssector. Je hebt aantoonbare expertise in prudentieel recht en verzekeringsrecht. Je hebt ervaring in het coachen en aansturen van teamleden. Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch en bent in staat om heldere en impactvolle samenvattingen te maken. Je gaat discreet om met gevoelige informatie en beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, evenals sterke presentatievaardigheden. Je bent oplossingsgericht en pragmatisch, neemt initiatief en kan je snel aanpassen aan een veranderende omgeving. Een uitdagende voltijdse functie in een internationale omgeving.
