Onbepaalde duurHelan is volop bezig met het optimaliseren van de customer journey processen in functie van een optimale klantenbeleving. Je brengt, samen met het cross functioneel team, de huidige business processen in kaart met behulp van bestaande tools. Je coördineert de verschillende cross-functionele teams in verband met veranderingen aan processen en volgt dit op. Je stelt,de bestaande processen kritisch in vraag. Je brengt mogelijke knelpunten of risico's in kaart, en draagt bij aan de nodige procesverbeteringen; Je rapporteert gestructureerd en op regelmatige basis de vooruitgang van de procesverbeteringen aan de stakeholders. Verbeteringstrajecten en initiatieven behandel je als een project: initiatie, planning, uitvoering, testing, veranderingsbeheer, controle en sluiting. Je beschikt over een hoger diploma en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in Business Process Management , (agile) project en/of change management. Je bezit people management skills en kan taken delegeren. Je bent gezond assertief en in staat om tactvol tot compromissen te komen. Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden om je stakeholders te adviseren en overtuigen. Je kan detail van essentie onderscheiden en communiceert helder naar je verschillende gesprekspartners waarbij je weerstand niet uit de weg gaat. Dankzij jouw expertise en leergierigheid op vlak can customer journey experiences , CRM, en alle think digital & mobiles , kan je onze diensten ondersteunen met actuele kennis en nieuwe inzichten. Je bent een doorzetter en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid . Je bent stressbestendig en werkt gedreven om je resultaten te behalen.
