You turn ideas, customer needs and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable features.You will:Own and prioritise the product backlogWrite user stories & acceptance criteriaPrepare and lead sprint planning & refinementTranslate customer and internal needs into functional requirementsEnsure clarity for engineers and smooth deliveryValidate completed features and support QAWork closely with the CTO, COO, engineering, CS and salesHelp shape the next version of Docbyte VaultWho You Are2–5 years experience as PO, business analyst or similarStrong communicator and structured thinkerComfortable working with technical teamsAble to simplify complexity into clear requirementsExperience with SaaS is a big plusAffinity with compliance, digital processes or B2B software is a bonusYou speak Dutch & English fluentlyWhy Join DocbyteBuild a product used by Europe's most regulated industriesWork on digital trust, long-term archiving and evidence preservationCollaborate with smart, driven people (CEO, future CTO, COO)Hybrid work, autonomy, and real ownershipInterested?
