Job Title: Submission Specialist – Belgium (Zaventem)We are seeking a Submission Specialist to join a dynamic regulatory submissions team at a leading global medical device company. This is a full-time, office-based role at their Zaventem, Belgium site. The position is for 12 months, with the potential for renewal and future permanent opportunities.About the Company:Our client is a global healthcare leader, developing innovative medical devices and solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide. Their Zaventem site serves as a key European hub, supporting a range of clinical and regulatory operations.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare, review, and manage regulatory submissions, addressing requests from authorities and responding to inquiries.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple EMEA countries, with knowledge of Southern Africa, Israel, or Eastern Europe considered a plus.• Maintain clear and professional communication with authorities via phone and email.• Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing regulatory and clinical projects.Experience & Skills Required:• 2-3 years of experience in EMEA regulatory submissions preferred; additional experience is welcome.• Experience in Pharma or Medical Device environments is highly valued.• Strong communication skills and confidence managing calls with regulatory authorities.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to strengthen their regulatory submissions expertise within a global medical device organization.
