Daarom zoeken we extra versterking voor ons supportteam. Jouw rol – wat je zal doen Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over onze software via telefoon en ticketsysteem. Je analyseert en registreert issues zorgvuldig, zoekt het technische of functionele probleem uit, en volgt op tot een correcte oplossing. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team om oplossingen te implementeren en verbeteringen door te voeren. Je bewaakt dat alle aanvragen en interventies correct genoteerd, opgevolgd en afgesloten worden — met oog voor klanttevredenheid. Je helpt mee aan documentatie en kennisdeling. Je houdt actief toezicht op de systemen zodat alles up-and-running blijft. Je bent in uitzonderlijke gevallen ook inzetbaar op de baan. Bewaken van afgesproken SLA’s. Wie we zoeken — jouw profiel Essentieel: Vlot met computers, software en een leergierige instelling om nieuwe tools snel onder de knie te krijgen. Kennis van bedrijfsprocessen, magazijnbeheer, inventarisatie, sales, after-sales. Nederlands, Frans & Engels. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: je kan helder en klantvriendelijk overleggen, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Klantgerichte, oplossingsgerichte en gestructureerde houding. Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar tegelijk teamspirit om samen met collega’s de klant bij te staan. Mooie pluspunten (niet strikt verplicht): Ervaring met ERP, DMS-systemen. Ervaring in support, customer service. Basiskennis van software of technische systemen: servers, FTP’s, REST-calls,.. Ervaring met ticketsystemen.
