A European industrial group with project-based operations is strengthening its finance and performance team and is looking for a junior financial analyst to support cost control and internal performance monitoring.This role offers hands-on exposure to pricing, cost structures, operational KPIs and management reporting in a complex operational environment.Your roleYou will support financial decision-making through:Reviewing and validating cost calculations and internal pricing modelsMonitoring internal cost allocations and rechargesSupporting budget follow-up and variance analysisPerforming operational analyses related to logistics flows, asset usage and operational efficiencyDefining, monitoring and analysing performance indicatorsBuilding, maintaining and improving dashboards and financial reportsActing as a financial partner for operational stakeholdersYour profileMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or ManagementStrong analytical mindset with interest in cost control and performance analysisGood understanding of accounting and financial dataJunior profile welcome: recent graduate or first professional experienceStructured, detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with non-finance teamsKnowledge of French or exposure to industrial/project environments is a plusThe offerA learning-oriented junior position with clear development opportunitiesExposure to a large, structured international organizationCompetitive salary package including:Meal vouchersGroup insuranceHospitalisation insuranceAdditional leave days
