Wat ga je doen?
Als Clicx Solution Enabler zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten optimaal profiteren van onze innovatieve IoT-materiaalbeheeroplossing. Je bent de schakel tussen technologie en gebruiker, vertaalt klantwensen naar praktische toepassingen en zorgt voor een positieve en efficiënte onboarding.
Jouw belangrijkste taken:
- Onboarding van klanten: Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten intensief bij de ingebruikname van ons systeem, zowel op locatie als op afstand.
- Optimalisatie van onboarding: Je verwerkt ervaringen uit elk project in verbeteringen voor onze kennisbank en onboardingtools.
- Klantsupport: Je behandelt inkomende vragen proactief, analyseert behoeften en vertaalt deze naar praktische IoT-oplossingen.
- Technische opvolging: Je monitort de werking van het systeem en optimaliseert configuraties in overleg met onze technische lead.
- Troubleshooting: Je lost technische problemen snel en effectief op en draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van ons systeem.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt minimaal een bachelor in Business, IT, Marketing, Communicatie of vergelijkbaar.
- Je hebt 2+ jaar ervaring in customer success, onboarding of accountmanagement.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in technologie, leert snel en kan technische concepten begrijpelijk uitleggen.
- Je hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden en bent oplossingsgericht.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans én Engels.
- Je werkt klantgericht en gaat altijd voor kwaliteit.
Extra punten scoor je met:
- Ervaring met SaaS-platformen en/of IoT-oplossingen.
- Basiskennis van programmeertalen zoals Python of JavaScript.
- Ervaring in klantenservice of technische ondersteuning.
