We are looking for an Interim Commercial Strategy & Sales Governance Director to support a transversal Sales & Marketing organization during a key transformation phase. This mission starts with a short, structured framing phase , followed by a potentially longer-term operational mandate if alignment is confirmed. Cross-functional structuring mandate: sales governance, pricing, pipeline & analytics What are your responsibilities? Phase 1 – Initial Framing Mandate (7–8 working days) Clarify the actual scope and expectations of the Commercial Excellence Director role in a highly transversal environment. Analyze current commercial performance , including sales steering, pipeline management, analytics, and insights. Review customer journeys and onboarding processes , with a focus on cross-product and cross-channel coherence. Assess pricing strategy, commercial governance, and contractual negotiation practices . Identify organizational capabilities to strengthen (analytics, BI, culture of excellence, governance). Deliver a clear, actionable diagnosis and validate mutual alignment with key sponsors. Key deliverables (Phase 1): Diagnostic of priority Commercial Excellence initiatives 90-day priorities and action plan Proposed role perimeter, governance model, and collaboration mode for the next phase Phase 2 – Interim Management Mandate (if alignment confirmed) Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives over a longer-term transformation horizon . Ensure continuity, stability, and execution across transversal commercial workstreams. Embed governance, processes, and decision-making frameworks sustainably. What experiences are we looking for?10+ years of experience in senior commercial, sales performance, or commercial excellence roles. Strong background in transversal transformations involving sales, marketing, pricing, and governance. Proven ability to operate at the executive and steering committee level . Experience delivering diagnostics, roadmaps, and execution plans in complex organizations. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance, insights, and decision-making . Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Comfortable operating in interim / transformation contexts with autonomy and accountability. Languages: French – fluent Dutch – fluent English – fluent Offer: Interim consultancy mission with high strategic and transversal impact . Initial short framing phase (7–8 days) starting 02/03/2026 . Possibility to transition into a longer-term interim mandate (up to 12 months, renewable) upon alignment. Full-time engagement during the operational phase. Role designed to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to commercial transformation initiatives.
