Job Description:- Coaching a team of 2 Junior Controllers
- Preparation of annual budget and 3-5 year plans
- Responsible for periodic rolling forecasts and variance analyses
- Preparation and presentation of a monthly Business Review to CFO and Board
- Performance monitoring via P&L tracking and specific reporting (KPI's, dashboards, etc.)
- Strategic advice to CFO and Heads of (Board-level), as a true Business Partner
- Assistance with external and internal audits
- Master's level (Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent)
- Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) with a high level of English (minimum C1), and French (minimum B2)
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position: either Business Controller or BIG4
- Team Management experience is not mandatory, but an interest in coaching junior controllers is an asset
- Proactivity, excellent analytic skills and a critical mind are your 3 primary qualities
- You have the soul of a Business Partner and enjoy leaving your mark on a Finance department and supporting a Board in its strategic decisions
- A permanent long-term contract within an international group active in the biopharmaceutical sector
- A key role within the BE team, in communication with numerous points of contact within the group
- A dynamic, cohesive Finance team with transparent communication
