Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate digitalisation projects related to banking and financial products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines. Act as the liaison between stakeholders and Product Owners, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration across teams. Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring all tasks and deliverables meet project and business requirements. Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates and recommendations to management. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance digital transformation efforts. Coordinate with internal teams across Brussels and Paris to align objectives, schedules, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. Required Skills and Competencies: Minimum 3 years of experience in project or product management, preferably within the financial sector. Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, etc.). Strong understanding of digital transformation and project delivery in dynamic environments. Experience in Cash Management or financial services is a strong plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Extroverted, persuasive, and dedicated professional capable of achieving goals within tight deadlines. Fluent or native in French, fluent in English, and Dutch is an advantage. Willingness to travel regularly between Brussels and Paris and flexibility to work 50% on-site and 50% remotely.
