Join Capgemini as a Project Management Officer, and establish a long term relationship with our major customers and internal stakeholders, helping them optimizing their transformation journeys. YOUR ROLE As an Experienced PMO, you will be the backbone of project governance and delivery excellence. You will support project and program managers in planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and maintain project governance frameworks, tools, and templates. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and support mitigation planning. Prepare and manage project documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. Facilitate resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific delivery standards. Support stakeholder communication and change management activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies. YOUR PROFILE 5+ years of experience in a PMO role within complex IT or transformation projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficient in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in SAP or large-scale ERP programs is a plus. Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong asset. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
