Start YOUR career with DHL today… We are looking for a Global Aviation Finance ACS OTC - Director based in Diegem, Belgium. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? As the Finance Director of our Aviation Commercial (ACS) this role is responsible for the Global ACS Finance Processes. This role take the global lead role on all systems, tools, automation, digitalization, training and documentation of ACS OTC relevant topics. In addition the role is responsible for overseeing the OTC billing centers in Panama and Hong Kong on the day to day activities which include billing, customer accounting and reporting. Key Tasks includes: Gathering requirements, development, testing, implementation and training of iCargo, the Falcon replacement tool for Global ACS billing. Managing the OTC Teams in Panama in Hong Kong and Panama and ensuring accurate and timeline billing and collections Additionally a focus on Audit, Controls & Compliance. Also a program lead in Sprint pay for Americas region Do you have what it takes?
