As an inside sales representative at our client in Tongeren, you will work as a link between customers and the company, drawing up quotations, answering customer queries and handling administrative tasks. You will also support the external account managers and think proactively about sales strategies. For this role we are looking for a bilingual, customer-oriented person with experience in systems and Excel, who works independently and results-oriented. The company offers a dynamic work environment with lots of variety, an informal atmosphere, fun team activities and opportunities for advancement, where attitude and motivation are more important than a degree.
Description- Analyzing customer needs and translating them into appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, both by phone and in writing.
- Enthusiastically present services to clients.
- Support external account managers with information and documentation.
- Administrative processing of client appointments and closely monitoring progress.
- Participate in marketing projects from start to finish.
- Proactively think along to improve customer service and contribute to sales goals.
