Your Mission As Project Manager, your mission is to drive the end-to-end development, qualification, and industrialization of our products; from need definition through customer acceptance and early in-service support. Your key responsibilities include : Provide support to commercial proposition definition and writing (for example work package definition and review) Serve as the main interface between stakeholders. Facilitate progress meetings and align stakeholders with project objectives. Control scope and changes; arbitrate priorities and coordinate project teams (internal teams, suppliers, partners) Validate deliverables (hardware, software, documentation) before client submission, relying on quality and product teams. Lead technical reviews (KOM, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, etc.) and ensure successful preparation and execution with the customers Identify risks and opportunities impacting QCD and drive mitigation and action plans Use lessons learned (REX) and KPIs to improve project management processes. Propose innovations to optimize costs and efficiency, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals. Must haves Master's degree (or equivalent) in systems, mechatronics, aerospace, electrical/electronic engineering, or related field 5–10 years in technical project management Strong QCD mindset; comfortable in cross-functional environments and in supplier/customer interactions Excellent synthesis, rigor, collaborative leadership, and sense of ownership Fluent in English Team spirit Would be super nice Exposure to actuators or satellite attitude control Experience in aerospace sector and familiar with aerospace development standards and processes (ECSS) French and/or Dutch What's in it for you Several add-ons on top of your salary Evolution perspective in a fast-growing company Office in Leuven, within biking/walking distance of the station Open and human work environment Does it feel like we are talking about you?
