As a project manager within AmeXio, you ensure customer projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and meet agreed quality standards. You combine strong planning, risk management, and financial control with clear communication to steer projects and manage client expectations. With a people-focused approach, you motivate your team to deliver the best results for both the client and AmeXio, while helping evolve our project methodology.Job description Client & Team Liaison: Act as the bridge between the customer and the AmeXio project team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client agreements. Project Planning: Select the appropriate approach for each project and develop a clear plan outlining the main components. Organizational Expertise: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Documentation & Reporting: Draft comprehensive project management plans and confidently report project status to executive boards. Administrative Diligence: Embrace the administrative responsibilities inherent to the role, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Team Motivation: Leverage strong interpersonal skills to inspire the team to deliver optimal results for both the client and AmeXio. Requirements You have a at least 5 years experience in managing digital or IT projects You are familiar with methodologies like Prince2, Agile, Scrum You are an excellent organizer and have great people skills You have strong time management abilities You have a pro-active mindset and have a problem-solving mentality You have an eye for detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture You are a team player all the way You are a strong communicator. You are able to adjust your communication style, depending on the person standing in front of you.
