If so, you might be the perfect fit to accelerate growth with our #teamrandstaddigital We're looking for a Solution Sales Manager to pioneer growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client partnerships, and delivering innovative digital solutions that transform organizations.Your Responsibilities• Identify and pursue new opportunities in IT services and digital transformation projects, strategically targeting potential clients and untapped markets.• Drive the full sales cycle for new business acquisition: from prospecting and lead generation to C-level engagement, consultative solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.• Engage in consultative selling: actively listen to client needs, map challenges, and translate them into tailored IT solutions that deliver tangible results.• Position Randstad Digital's solutions (e.g., software development, AI, and large-scale IT projects) as the ideal fit for client objectives.• Manage complex deals, typically ranging from €200K to €3M, ensuring projects are designed for both client success and Randstad Digital growth.• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and delivery teams to align resources with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.Your Profile• 5–7 years of proven experience in solution sales, consultative selling, or project-based IT sales (a strong 3–4 years track record may also be considered).• Experience in selling IT products, services, or consulting projects (e.g., Salesforce, AI, digital transformation, development projects).• Proven track record of acquiring new clients, managing complex solution sales, and closing high-value deals (€200K–€3M).• Strong consultative skills: excellent listener, able to identify challenges and design customized solutions rather than selling "off the shelf."• Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and energized by achieving ambitious business growth targets.• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.If you are interested, then apply or reach out
