Als **product specialist after sales** heb je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je begeleidt de** implementatie van nieuwe digitale producten van A tot Z**. Zo ondersteun je in het** beheer, optimalisatie en kostenbeheer;**:
- Om klanten helemaal wegwijs te maken met de systemen geef jij gerichte** trainingen**;
- Indien nodig ga je ook on-site om **technische ondersteuning** te bieden;
- Intern vorm jij het centrale **aanspreekpunt voor de verkopers**. In eerste instantie ondersteun je de verkopers om offertes uit te sturen, indien nodig vergezel je de verkopers tijdens klantengesprekken.

Als **product specialist after sales** heb je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:

- Trots ben je in het bezit van een technisch georiënteerde bachelor of ben je gelijkwaardig gesteld door ervaring;
- Het** team** staat voor jou steeds voorop;
- Je bent **vlot tweetalig NL-FR**, Kennis van het Duits en/of Engels is absoluut een plus;
- Excel en cijfers schrikken je niet af, je bent **administratief sterk onderbouwd**;
- Je fleurt helemaal op binnen een **technische omgeving**;
- Zelfstandig zet je** kleine projecten** op en rapporteert hier pro-actief over;
- Je bent** flexibel** en kan** ad hoc handelen**, een omgeving van constante verandering spreekt je aan;
- Last but not least ben je sterk **analytisch en probleemoplossend** ingesteld.
