Operating in 13 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, TH Global Capital combines global reach with local presence to deliver exceptional results.Vice President role at TH Global Capital Vice President – At least 6 years of relevant Investment Banking / sell side M&A experience.Must have business proficiency in English, Flemish and French (written and spoken) with a demonstrated ability to conduct business transactions in Flemish & FrenchAbility to originate and lead transaction execution on 4/5 deals at a time with a focus on sell side mandatesAbility to manage multiple deal teams, and transactions end-to-end including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process. Adopt and improve TH processes and best practices.Strong relationships with PE/ VC funds and fundraising experience would be an asset.
