Your Responsibilities Credit Application & Client Support Introduce credit requests to clients via phone and ensure timely follow-up to complete applications efficiently. Guide clients and advise them on the most suitable financial products based on their needs and profile. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates on the progress of their applications. Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and proactively identify opportunities for additional financial services. Credit Follow-Up & Compliance Verify contracts, supporting documents, legal requirements, and signatures to ensure compliance. Facilitate fund disbursement to client accounts. Assist clients in resolving non-compliance issues and provide practical solutions. Your Profile Experience & Knowledge Experience in banking, credit, or call center environments is a strong asset. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in credit processes and client advisory is a plus. Soft Skills Strong commercial orientation and client focus. Ability to work independently, structured, and with attention to detail. Stress-resistant and team-oriented. Enjoys direct client contact via phone.
