Als Senior Controller werk je overkoepelend voor twee productiebedrijven binnen de groep en vervul je een sleutelrol in het verbinden van finance met operations. In deze rol ben je de financiële spilfiguur tussen beide productievestigingen en breng je helderheid, structuur en inzicht in de cijfers. Je combineert analytische diepgang met business partnership en bouwt een nauwe samenwerking uit met management, productie, supply chain en aankoop. Beheert en analyseert de volledige P&L van beide entiteiten en vertaalt financiële resultaten naar concrete acties en verbeterinitiatieven. Leidt de maandelijkse afsluitingen, voert variantieanalyses uit en waarborgt een correcte, tijdige rapportering aan het management. Coördineert het budget- en forecastproces en zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële planning over beide sites. Fungeert als sparringpartner voor operations en supply chain bij kostoptimalisatie, efficiëntieverhoging en strategische beslissingen. Werkt actief mee aan projecten rond digitalisering, automatisering en procesverbetering binnen finance en controlling. Biedt ondersteuning aan lokale finance collega’s en coacht junior controllers bij inhoudelijke vraagstukken. Rapporteert aan de Controlling Manager van de groep en werkt nauw samen met directie en site management. Master in een economische of financiële richting (TEW, Handelsingenieur, Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Minstens 6 à 8 jaar ervaring binnen controlling of audit, bij voorkeur met exposure tot productie of FMCG. Ervaring bij internationale voedingsbedrijven of auditervaring met foodclients (Big4) is een sterke troef. Volledige P&L-kennis en inzicht in productie- en koststructuren. Sterke analytische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een pragmatische, hands‑on aanpak. Communicatief sterk en in staat financiële inzichten helder te vertalen naar niet‑financiële stakeholders. Goede kennis van MS Office (Excel), ervaring met SAP is een plus. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus.
