With a strong European identity and commitment to sustainability, the firm promotes a work environment where quality, respect, and professional development are key.Your functionAs a Mid-level Associate, you will support a diverse clientele including developers, investors, and contractors.Assist clients on the drafting and negotiation of complex construction and fit-out agreementsAdvise on project development structures, infrastructure, and industry projectsWork with FIDIC and other sector-specific contract modelsProvide strategic input on joint venture and funding structuresSupport dispute resolution and litigation related to construction and development conflictsLiaise directly with clients, ensuring pragmatic and legally sound adviceCollaborate closely with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictionsContribute to knowledge sharing and internal training within the teamYour profileYou have 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, contract law, or litigationYou hold a Belgian Master of Laws degree with strong academic credentialsYou are fluent in Dutch with excellent command of English (French is an asset)You have outstanding legal drafting and analytical skillsYou are business-oriented and solution-mindedYou are comfortable managing multiple files and deadlinesYou enjoy working in teams and are empathetic and reliableYou are eager to develop your expertise within a demanding and stimulating environmentWhat is in for youOur client offers the opportunity to join a top-tier law firm active in high-level real estate and construction matters, both in Belgium and internationally.
