Als Risk Manager bij Hasco Invest krijg je de unieke kans om een nieuw éénpersoonsdepartement op te richten en een interne controlefunctie op te bouwen. In deze rol start je met het opzetten van een intern controleframework voor één van onze vijf participaties en werk je verder om deze uit te breiden binnen de organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Raad van Bestuur en speelt een cruciale rol in het beveiligen van onze processen en cijfers tegen mogelijke risico's.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Opzetten van de interne controlefunctie: Van nul af aan ontwikkelen van interne controleprocessen en frameworks binnen Comfort Energy, met uitbreiding naar andere business units.
- Risicoanalyse en controleontwerp: Identificeer en breng risico's in kaart binnen de organisatie en ontwerp controlemaatregelen om deze te mitigeren.
- Procesbeoordeling: Beoordeel bestaande processen op effectiviteit en betrouwbaarheid, en adviseer bij het verbeteren en automatiseren van controles.
- Implementatie en toetsing van controles: Zorg ervoor dat afgesproken controles consistent worden uitgevoerd en gedocumenteerd, met een focus op transparantie en efficiëntie.
- Rapportage en advies: Rapporteer bevindingen aan de Raad van Bestuur en geef aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen in het interne controlelandschap.
- Fraudepreventie: Werk preventief door processen te evalueren en aan te passen om mogelijke fraude te detecteren en te voorkomen.
- Je hebt een Master in een brede economische richting (Accountancy & Revisoraat, Handelswetenschappen, TEW, etc.)
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten van interne controles en frameworks, ervaring met SOX-wetgeving is een sterke pre.
- Je kunt in een omgeving zonder bestaande structuren opereren en hebt het vermogen om van de grond af een afdeling op te zetten.
- Je bent in staat om processen diepgaand te analyseren, risico's te identificeren en effectieve controles te ontwikkelen.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen in een nieuwe, uitdagende rol.
- Je ziet het opzetten van deze functie als een uitdagende en drijvende factor.
