Hospitality Talents, agence de recrutement spécialisée dans les profils hôtellerie-restauration, est à la recherche d’un(e) Facility & Event Management Coordinator (CDD), pour son client dans le Brabant Wallon.

Responsabilités principales

  • Organisation et Coordination d’Événements :
  • Planifier et superviser toutes les étapes liées à l’événementiel (invitations, check-lists, gestion des prestataires, coordination technique, suivi post-événement).
  • Être présent(e) sur le terrain pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et résoudre les imprévus.
  • Gérer l’analyse des besoins et l’organisation des déménagements.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projet pour veiller à la cohérence des aménagements (200+ salles de réunion, 1 500 bureaux).
  • Participer à la rédaction des reportings mensuels et à l’élaboration de tableaux de bord.
  • Préparer la clôture financière (provisions, facturation…) pour l’activité events & workplace.
  • Être le point de contact (SPOC) pour les demandes et tickets liés aux événements et aux aménagements.
  • Faire le lien avec les différents départements (logistique, maintenance, sécurité…) pour une prise en charge efficace des actions.
  • Représenter le département Facilities Management, assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction auprès des clients internes.
  • Maintenir un esprit de service, de flexibilité et d’adaptation aux priorités quotidiennes.

Compétences requises

  • Bachelier (ou équivalent) en Hospitality Management, Facility Management ou Event Management.
  • Idéalement, une première expérience en coordination d’événements, facility management ou gestion d’espaces.
  • Français courant, anglais intermédiaire, néerlandais comme atout.
  • Maîtrise d’Office 365 et d’un système de helpdesk.
  • Autonomie, organisation, assertivité, orientation client et bonne gestion du stress.
  • Présence sur au moins 4 jours/semaine.

Contrat : Mission de remplacement (CDD 3 à 6 mois renouvelable) avec contrat employé (pas de freelance).
