Description
Je komt terecht in een hecht, divers team van 4 gedreven mensen. Dit team wordt omschreven als een omgeving waar iedereen er voor elkaar is en waar je volledig jezelf kan zijn. Je zal rapporteren aan de Customer Care Manager.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en zal ten alle tijden een update kunnen geven over bestellingen. De uitdaging in deze rol ligt in de complexiteit van de logistieke organisatie.
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte verwerking van binnenkomende orders in SAP.
- Je verzorgt een centrale rol binnen het bedrijf en zal in contact staan met: Finance voor vragen rond prijslijsten, kortingen, budgetten, etc.; Sales aangezien zij bepaalde acties afspreken met klanten; en het magazijn in verband met voorraadbeheer en logistieke flows.
- Je zal klanten kunnen inlichten in verband met de stand van zaken van hun bestelling. Maar het gaat ook verder, je zal klanten advies geven in verband met de producten en diensten.
Profile
- Je hebt een eerste (of meerdere) ervaring(en) achter de rug binnen Supply Chain | Logistiek – idealiter binnen Customer Service / Customer Care.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Nederlands en in Frans. Engels is een mooie plus.
- Je hebt idealiter al ervaring met systemen zoals SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, …
- Je bent behulpzaam, klantgericht en biedt een luisterend oor.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig van aard en wil processen goed begrijpen.
