Ons kantoor is gelegen in het Beneluxpark nabij Kortrijk Expo en diverse strategische invalswegen.JobomschrijvingAls Account Lead stap je in een dynamische rol waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je bent het kloppende hart voor jouw accounts die vertrouwen op Care Talents in Antwerpen, Kempen & Vlaams-Brabant. De diversiteit van jouw taken maakt jouw werk boeiend en dynamisch. Je combineert HR-taken met een commerciële insteek, wat zorgt voor een energieke mix.HR-opvolgingSamen met de HR Lead draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw accounts en de projectmedewerkers.Je coördineert diverse activiteiten en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers van Care Talents, waarbij je hun prestaties bij de klant opvolgt.Het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken bij klanten en het matchen van projectmedewerkers met passende vacatures behoort tot jouw taken.Je voert functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken met jouw klanten.CommercieelIn samenwerking met je collega HR Lead plaats je de juiste zorg- of verpleegkundigen bij de juiste projecten op basis van hun ervaring en competenties.Je onderhoudt voortdurend contact met ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra waar we al mee samenwerken, en je identificeert waar de grootste behoeften liggen.Je volgt jouw accounts nauwlettend op en speurt naar nieuwe kansen en mogelijkheden.Profiel· Je hebt een sterke affiniteit of interesse in de medische sector.· Je hebt al ervaring in een commerciële omgeving, een eerste ervaring in accountmanagement is een absolute troef· Een eerste ervaring binnen HR-dienstverlening is een groot pluspunt.· Je bent uitermate gedreven en enthousiast en je bent empathisch en attent naar anderen.· Je beschikt over een goede antenne voor het oppikken van non-verbale communicatie.· Je bent een warme communicator die energie haalt uit vele sociale contacten.· Je bent een teamplayer, bezit een hoge gun-factor en succes is voor jou een attitudeAanbodJe komt terecht in een warme omgeving waar teamspirit en verbinding centraal staan in ons hybride werkmodel.We bieden een aantrekkelijk pakket aan:Brutoloon tussen 2200 tot 4300 euro/maand naargelang ervaringAanvullend met een competitief commissiesysteemBedrijfswagen + tankkaartTools: laptop, GSM abonnementGroepsverzekeringHospitalisatieverzekering na 6 maanden in dienstAandacht voor gezonde work-life balanceAutonomie in je werk, vrijheid in je job om tot resultaat te komenHouse of Talents biedt zijn medewerkers intensieve coaching en opleiding, je krijgt kansen door te groeien naar Expert functies.That's it Care Talents is jouw top werkgever
