Corporate and M&A Lawyer – PwC Belgium Join the role of Corporate and M&A Lawyer at PwC Belgium. This position offers the chance to work across multidisciplinary teams, handling acquisitions for a diverse client base within Brussels. Responsibilities Work on acquisitions for national and international clients across diverse sectors. Handle all stages of the deal cycle – legal due diligence, structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts. Focus on post‑deal matters such as integration after the transaction closes. Collaborate with internal PwC Legal specialists and external tax/finance professionals to add value beyond corporate legal matters. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on cross‑border files, working in international teams as required. Qualifications Belgian master’s degree in Law; an additional master relevant for M&A is a plus. 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer in transactions, including share deals, asset deals, corporate deals and private equity deals. Experience with real‑estate transactions is an additional asset. Native French speaker, fluent in English. Motivated, client‑oriented with excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
