You will be the link between our technology and our customers — providing technical support, maintaining systems, and keeping the magic of our experiences alive. This is a hands-on position combining IT expertise, field maintenance, and direct customer interaction in a dynamic international environment.ResponsabilitiesIT tasks:Solve technical problems and investigates elevated issues; confirm the validity of problems and seek solutions related to more complex issues.Execute triages and provides technical assistance in a multi-tiered platform environment. Troubleshoot a wide variety customer incident request and updates, resolve, or escalate to appropriate groups; and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.Maintenance tasks:Answer daily customer calls & messagesAssist customers to troubleshoot and fix issues happening on their attractionsGo on site to maintain customer rides & train the customers' maintenance teamsPrepare & follow up shipments of Hardware for the customersCoordinate with technical team to solve issuesFollow the repair work of the Hardware sent at the office by the customersKeep track and document every maintenance done in data baseParticipate to the internal permanence shifts (Hotline support)Maintain a stock of spare parts for the customersSynchronize with maintenance teams in Asia and USASuggest improvement on the production and training process based on data from the maintenanceProvide specifications to technical team for maintenance tools needed for the maintenanceProfileTechnical skills:Knowledge of PC imaging and Image Deployment; and installation, troubleshooting; support of specialized applications that are utilized by our companyKnowledge of basic and complex troubleshooting for PC\Mac, Network printing devices, and Local printing devices.Good understanding of electrical, electronic, Audio/Video and ITStrong written and oral communication; interpersonal and listening skills to communicate with customers, and management alike; the ability to build relationships.Exceptional analytical and problem resolutions skills to include root cause analysis and corrective actionFluent in French and EnglishAvailable to travel on sitePersonal qualities:Ability to absorb information quicklyExcellent attitude, phone etiquette, written, and verbal communications and people skills.Empathy with customerOrganized and autonomousAbility to make decision, delegate and negotiateSpecific working conditions:Some maintenance may have to be done outside of the office hours because of the time difference with the customers, travels on site will be required up to there months per year (not consecutive)Reports daily to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates closely with the Technical team (Hardware and especially the technicians and on maintenance duty)OfferFull time permanent contractMeal vouchers EUR8 per dayReimbursement of home/work travel depending on your legal residence (+/- 40EUR/month for 30km for example)Mobile phone subscription for work and private useDKV hospitalisation insurance (without any personal contribution from you)Group supplementary insurance (without any personal contribution on your part)Life insurance (without any personal contribution from you)End of year bonus paid in December each yearHoliday allowance paid in June each yearAfter some experience with us:Travel allowance for each night spent abroad, plus reimbursement of local expenses (hotels, restaurants, taxis, etc.)On-call bonuses for maintenanceEuropean assistance (professional and private use)Ready to Shape the Future of Entertainment?
