Baltic Textile Trading B.V. (Think Twice) is hiring a Business Support Coordinator to support and coordinate our financial, legal, HR, and operational activities across Belgium and the Netherlands. This role is central to the smooth functioning and expansion of our retail operations, including shop openings and ongoing business support.What you’ll doCoordinate banking, insurance, and contracts administrationAct as key contact for authorities, landlords, and service providersSupport legal registrations, permits, and inspectionsOversee office operations, purchasing, and telecom/servicesSupport HR administration, policies, and complianceManage end-to-end shop opening processes (leases, utilities, POS, security)What we offer28 hours per week / 4 days (negotiable)EUR 4,000 – 6,000 per month (for 28 hrs, incl. taxes)6-month fixed-term contract with strong extension and permanent potentialMeal vouchers (€8/day)Company laptop, phone & subscription35% staff discount on company goodsWho you areFluent in Dutch and EnglishHave a degree in Business fieldHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple topics and stakeholdersExperienced in business support, operations, administration, or coordination (3+ years)Proactive, reliable, and solution-drivenDesire to make a real impact
