Are you passionate about building scalable data platforms and helping organizations unlock the full value of their data? We're looking for a Senior Databricks Data Engineer who is ready to take ownership, influence technical decisions, and drive innovation within modern cloud data environments.

Your mission

Design and optimize high-performance Databricks and Spark solutions

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming workloads

Define and implement best practices around cloud architecture, security, governance, and CI/CD

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions

Explore and adopt the latest Azure and big data technologies

What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering

Strong expertise in Databricks, Azure, Spark (PySpark/Spark SQL), Python, and SQL

Solid understanding of data modelling and cloud-native architectures

Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French

A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
