Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Head of Solution Architects om het team van onze klant te versterken.In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwerpen en implementeren van de IT-strategie, met een sterke focus op artificiële intelligentie.Over de RolJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de architectuur van de systemen, het begeleiden van ontwikkelingsteams en het aansturen van innovatie op het gebied van AI.VerantwoordelijkhedenStrategie en Visie: Ontwikkelen en communiceren van de IT-architectuurvisie en -strategie, inclusief de integratie van AI-oplossingen.Architectuurontwerp: Ontwerpen van schaalbare, veilige en efficiënte IT-oplossingen en -systemen, rekening houdend met bedrijfsprocessen en -doelstellingen.Technologische Leiding: Onderzoeken en evalueren van nieuwe technologieën, tools en trends, met een specifieke focus op AI en machine learning, en aanbevelingen doen voor adoptie.Teambegeleiding: Leiden en coachen van architecten en ontwikkelingsteams, zorgen voor naleving van architectuurprincipes en best practices.Samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met business stakeholders, productowners en IT-teams om bedrijfsbehoeften te vertalen naar technische oplossingen.Governance: Opstellen en handhaven van architectuurstandaarden, -richtlijnen en -processen.Innovatie: Stimuleren van innovatie en het identificeren van mogelijkheden om AI in te zetten voor procesoptimalisatie, klantervaring en nieuwe diensten.KwalificatiesMasterdiploma in Informatica, Computerwetenschappen, Ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Minimaal 8-10 jaar ervaring in IT-architectuur, waarvan minstens 3 jaar in een lead- of senior rol.Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van AI/ML-oplossingen en -platformen.Diepgaande kennis van diverse architectuurpatronen, cloud-native architecturen (bij voorkeur AWS of Azure), microservices en API-design.Sterke kennis van data-architectuur, databases (SQL en NoSQL) en data-integratie.Ervaring met agile methodologieën (Scrum, Kanban).Uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels.
