Medior OT Security EngineerPermanent | Full-time | Hybrid / On-site (client environments)We are supporting a specialised industrial cybersecurity consultancy that delivers OT security solutions directly within client environments.This role is designed for engineers who want to grow their expertise in OT cybersecurity while working hands-on in a dynamic, delivery-focused environment. You will contribute to the deployment and integration of OT security technologies for large, complex industrial organisations, supported by experienced senior engineers and subject matter experts.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse OT architectures and infrastructures (e.g. SCADA, DCS, IIoT) from a cybersecurity perspectiveSupport the design, deployment, and integration of OT security solutions, with a focus on:Network MonitoringSecure Remote AccessParticipate in OT security technology deployments as part of broader security transformation programsWork closely with senior engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and effective knowledge transferContribute to improving OT security controls, processes, and technical documentation during deploymentsYour ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical fieldFluent in English; additional languages are an assetStrong enthusiasm for technology and a clear motivation to continuously expand technical skillsGenuine interest in OT environments and cybersecurityGood written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBasic understanding of network fundamentals and network securityAbility to write technical and non-technical documentation for audiences ranging from automation engineers to senior security or operations stakeholdersNice to have:Knowledge of Linux and basic scriptingExperience in a professional services or consulting environmentWhat’s OfferedHands-on work with real-world industrial environments and modern OT security technologiesClose collaboration with experienced OT security specialistsStrong focus on learning, development, and knowledge sharingSupportive team culture with an emphasis on collaboration and technical excellenceCompetitive salary package with additional benefitsLong-term growth opportunities within the OT cybersecurity domainInterested?If you’re motivated to build practical OT security expertise and work on meaningful industrial cybersecurity challenges, we’d be happy to connect and share more details in a confidential conversation.
